Custom ERP Solution for a large dormitory and hotel business house in Singapore.

OneFM is a custom ERP solution developed on mDrift’s Ignite Platform for a large dormitory and hotel business house in Singapore. Client required a complete ERP solution encompassing their business while integrating into or replacing existing softwares used.


Prior to the application implementation, client relied heavily on paper work, multiple independent softwares and offline coordination to conduct business. This resulted in poor insights into operational KPIs, slow execution and business improvement. Client had also failed on two previous attempts with other vendors to create a unified system due to the complexity and existing custom workflows within the business house.

  • Phased application release and onsite testing to ensure different user groups were familiar with the functionalities and adequate feedback was gathered towards final product deployment.
  • Completely digital platform to operate the business while ensuring all existing employees and processes were transitioned smoothly.
  • Extensive management dashboard based on all the data available as a result of the new product including automated actionable KPI reporting.
  • Web and mobile application were developed and tablets were deployed throughout client facilities for use by admins and other users.

    CRM : CRM and Lead management module for managing new enquiries and processing the same inclusive of templated quote generation, contract management and unit allocation modules.
    Self service portal : Client’s end-customers renting rooms and dormitory units were provided with a self service portal to file service requests, view status of tenants, review and approve payment notices as well other reports about their units.
    Tenant lifecycle management : Dormitory admins could manage the entire lifecycle of the tenants using the application including tenant document verification, pass allocation, infringement reporting, transfers, passport handling etc.
    Inspections & Maintenance : Admins could configure and run custom inspections throughout the facility, units etc using the application. Scheduled Work Orders are generated automatically by the application.
    Issue Ticketing : Any user could file issues noticed within the facilities for admins to take action on. Image and video based reporting capabilities were built into the application for better clarity.
    Asset Management : Custom asset management module was developed as a centralised warehouse and request processing mechanism was implemented for better inventory control and purchasing capabilities.
